We ship all over the world!

"Free shipping" = 5$ shipping voucher

Unfortunately, there is no such thing as "free shipping"... Every time we send out an order the post office wants to get paid... But making every customer deal with surprise shipping charges during checkout is also annoying... So here is what we came up with:

For kindestCups purchased on this website, the purchase price includes a $5 shipping voucher. This voucher covers shipping for a single kindestCup (our most popular item) to the US (our most popular shipping destination). In those cases, NO additional shipping costs will be charged during checkout ("free shipping").

But what about customers from outside the US? Many online stores mark up prices to include US shipping. International customers often end up having to pay the marked up purchase price AND get charged full price for shipping...

At kindestCup, everybody benefits from the shipping voucher: it is applied to lower all shipping costs by $5, even international rates. If actual shipping exceeds $5, only the remainder of the shipping costs is charged during checkout.
